Brownsville’s bean-to-bar chocolate factory

Chocolate made from the bean, right here on Morrison Road.

We source cacao from Mexico, Haiti, the Philippines and beyond, and turn it into bars, bonbons and dragées in our own factory — with a café inside.

How it’s made

Why “RX”?

The RX in our name is a prescription sign.

Jesus Bojorquez was on a biomedical-science path toward pharmacy school, after serving in the U.S. Army, when chocolate took over. He started with Mexican abuelita chocolate sold at Valley farmers markets. In May 2021 he opened Brownsville’s first bean-to-bar chocolate factory on Morrison Road.
